El Loco is a Tex Mex restaurant in Jungang-dong in Changwon.
They have burritos, tacos, and quesadillas along with some strong drinks. The prices are pretty inexpensive and the flavors are closer to what you’d expect of a TexMex place. They do have rice in the burritos.
Tacos are the favorite among those who have tried a variety of items. The chips and salsa are also pretty delicious. Another large draw is the lime margarita. They are priced at 4,000 won.
The main guy speaks English very well and his staff have varying degrees of English. English Menu is available. It is in the building across the street from International Hotel. You’ll see a sign from the outside!
